About
I am a board-certified nutritionist and a narrative health coach. Having translation experience in my background, now I view myself as a translator from the language of science to the language of people – I strive to simply and easily explain the interactions and cause-and-effect relationships between nutrition, daily habits, attitude to oneself, and their well-being and health.
Since I had an unpleasant (and not very successful) experience of weight loss through restrictive practices after I had my daughter, well before I chose my current career path, I know perfectly well that this is not the best strategy to improve nutrition or well-being.
I consider the restrictive calories-in-calories-out approach ineffective and, in many cases, harmful. And therefore my approach is based on other principles. On the principles of holistic approach to human health and wellness.
I love sharing transparent and practical knowledge about healthy nutrition, and I practice a very nurturing and caring approach in my work with clients, helping them improve their lives, and enjoy their food without having always to weigh it and count calories.
With my support, my clients create their personalized plans of step-by-step changes in nutrition and daily habits. That plan takes into account their goals, their health conditions, their preferences, and unique characteristics. Together, we develop a strategy for long-term changes – feasible and effective.
My focus in work:
- Women’s health, especially 35+
- Support in perimenopause and postmenopause
- Achieving and maintaining a healthy comfortable weight
- Creation of a personalized long-term nutrition and lifestyle strategy
