This project was created for Ukrainian men and women with eating disorders, for whom therapy was not available due to the war.
During the 4 weeks, we provided information about eating disorders and discussed how compassion can help in the recovery process. We also discussed the symptoms of eating disorders and the ideas of a psychotherapeutic approach called Compassion-Focused Therapy for Eating Disorders (CFT- E).
The therapeutic part of this project is not recorded due to privacy concerns.
These webinars are not psychotherapy, however, we hope they can help. The webinars are designed to give you an opportunity to reflect on the complexities that can be caused by eating disorders. We would also like to remind you that you can contact the Association’s specialists for help.
